Definately see Mehrangarh Fort above the city for amazing views for the blue buildings. The audioguide is very well done with lots of interesting info.

If you have time, Jaswant Thada, the white marble royal cenotaph is worth a look.

Walk around the clock tower and Sadar Market. Have a Makhaniya Lassi made with saffron. Delicious!
